Function: Grievance and Redressal Cell for Students

• Deals with all genuine grievances of learners of the college.
• Collect grievances in written formats.
• Inform the Principal about the number of grievances settled or pending in every month.
• Meet at least once in a month to resolve the grievances.

Function: Placement and Career Counselling Committee

• Provide career guidance to students on the basis of their aptitudes & groom them for the jobs they are fitter
• Promote self-reliance among students
• Select students for participation in recruitment drive organized by other institutions
• Organize Various Industrial training programs
• Organize various Career guidance programs for students.
• Maintain data of the students recruited in various institutions and Industries.
• Maintain data of the students admitted for higher education.

Function: Research and Faculty Development committee

• Promote faculty to write research proposals for various funding agencies
• Create Awareness and promote faculty for good research publication
• Promote faculty and PG students to attend various conferences/ workshops/ Seminars/Training
• Promote faculty to organize various workshops/ Seminar/ Conferences/ FDP
• Help the faculty for research collaboration with other institutions and Industries.
• Promote faculty for MoU with other institutions and Industries.
• Try to generate funding for the research activities.
• Keep record of all the activities related to research and faculty development and submit it to the IQAC at the end of the academic session.

Function: Parent and Alumni Association committee

• Prepare a time table for Alumni Association Meeting.
• There should be at least two meetings for each semester.
• Maintain the records of the Meeting
• Prepare Agenda of the meeting
• Circulate invitation letters to concerned person 2 days before the meeting.
• Make a plan to host a variety of programmes under the aegis of this Association.
• Submit report after each meeting and Programs organized to the IQAC.

Function: Anti-Ragging committee

• Create awareness amongst the students about anti ragging
• Monitor anti – ragging activities in the Institution.
• Maintain the ethos of the Institution – Ragging free campus
• Disseminate information on Anti ragging rules & regulations
• Display the Banner in college premises about the punishment for ragging
• Keep record of the complaints received and action taken report if any.

Function: Website Management Committee

• Periodically update the information posted on the website
• Identify to update and enhance website design and content.
• Coordinate with other committees in posting relevant information.
• Review the website on regular basis for maintaining, and updating website of the Institute.

Function: Green Campus Initiative Committee

• Monitor the cleanliness in the campus
• Organize tree plantation drive
• Create awareness among students about the Environmental issues.
• Monitor the cleanliness in botanical garden.

Function: Academic Calendar and Prospectus committee

• Prepare Academic Calendar by concerning with the head of the various Departments and Committee Coordinators.
• Publish the calendar on college website as well as circulate it to stakeholders
• Keep record of the documents submitted

Function: Time- Table committee

• Prepare time table for all courses in the institution before commencement of new Session.
• Make the class time tables available in the notice board for students’ reference and send a copy of timetable to all faculty members.

Function: College Magazine Committee

• Call a meeting at the beginning of the new session and discuss the topics and theme for the magazine.
• Circulate the notice for students to write their thoughts on the selected topics in a stipulated time period.
• Check all the collected articles for grammatical mistakes and other writing mistakes.
• Prepare a printed as well as e-copy of the magazine.
• Circulate the copies of the printed magazine to students and staffs.
• Keep record of all the articles collected by the students.

Function: Student Welfare committee

• Select students for awards of scholarships and prizes
• Arrange prize distribution ceremony
• Ensure healthy participation of students in inter-collegiate events.
• Maintain Bank account data
• Coordinate with Principal
• Maintain all the data and reports of the event organized
• Submit all the reports to the IQAC at the end of session

Function: Result Analysis and College Exam Committee

• Prepare result analysis of University and College internal examinations of the students.
• Maintain data of all the University and College internal examination
• Publish time table of college internal examination at the beginning of each semester.
• Collect question paper from the faculty for college internal examination.
• Receive the assessed answer-books along with statement of marks

Function: Purchase Committee

• Collect and compile list of equipment, computers and any other miscellaneous items required throughout the year by the office and by the different departments
• Maintain the record of Purchase
• Maintain the progressive expenditure statement, sub-head wise
• Maintain the stock register for the different items.
• Recommend the purchase of the items in case of valid tenders and also on the request of teaching or non-teaching staff

Function: Discipline Committee

• Regulate & enforce discipline among the students of the college
• Take appropriate action wherever necessary
• Make the rules and regulations as per the disciplinary requirement.
• Take disciplinary action against any of the misconduct.

Function: Cultural Committee

• Conduct annual cultural Program
• Prepare the students for cultural competition outside the college
• Provide necessary facility for organizing various cultural events.
• Maintain record of all the events.
